UDR Spanish Website Wins 2009 Award for Best Use of Technology

 

Multifamily Executive magazine recently honoured UDR with the 2009 Best Use of Technology Award for its Spanish website.

Since going live in June 2007, UDR’s Spanish site has grown from 96 visitors per month to more than 10, 000 visitors per month. The site also has a lead to lease conversion rate of approximately 15%. MotionPoint is UDR’s website translation partner.
